• Shipping costs

• Site conditions
• Government charges or taxes

A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until payment has been received and accepted by Kira Scales Limited.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

• Availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Where installation services are provided:

Kira Scales Limited shall not be liable for losses resulting from unsuitable site conditions.

Calibration services are provided based on equipment condition at the time of calibration.

Kira Scales Limited does not guarantee continued accuracy where:

• Equipment is damaged.
• Equipment is tampered with.
• Excessive loads are applied.
• Environmental conditions affect performance.

Regular maintenance and recalibration remain the customer's responsibility.

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

• Misuse or abuse
• Negligence
• Unauthorized repairs or tampering
• Water damage
• Power surges
• Overloading
• Accidental damage

Warranty terms may vary by product. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

Kira Scales Limited shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or business
• Loss of contracts
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Business interruption

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service.
