For weighbridge projects:

• Civil works completion may be required before shipment or installation.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring foundations and site preparations meet approved specifications unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to meet site requirements may result in delays and additional charges.

Kira Scales Limited shall not be liable for delays, failures, or inability to perform delivery obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, flooding, or fire
• War, civil unrest, or government restrictions
• Strikes or transportation disruptions
• Power outages or communication failures

Where correctly supplied products are refused by a customer:

• Transportation charges may remain payable.
• Storage and return handling charges may apply.
