Weighbridge Software – Ticketing, Reports and Excel Export

Our weighbridge software connects a Windows computer to your weighbridge indicator through RS232 or a USB converter. Each truck is weighed in and out, net weight is calculated automatically, and a numbered ticket is printed. Every transaction is stored, so you can search and report on it later instead of relying on handwritten books.

It is used by quarries, cement and aggregate depots, flour and feed mills, grain buyers, scrap yards, ports and factories across Nigeria that want accurate records, fewer disputes and less room for ticket manipulation.

• Two-pass (first and second weighing) and one-pass with stored tare
• Records vehicle number, driver, customer, supplier, product, gross, tare and net
• Printed tickets with your company name and logo
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports by customer, product or vehicle, with Excel/PDF export
• User log-ins with restricted rights to reduce manual editing
• Optional camera snapshots, RFID and barrier control

We install the software on your computer, connect and test it with your indicator and printer, set up your products and customers, and train your operators. It works with most indicators that have a serial output, including many existing Nigerian installations.

Available for new and existing weighbridges in all 36 states and the FCT. Request a quote with your indicator model and the reports you need.
