This RFID kit identifies trucks automatically as they drive onto the weighbridge. Each vehicle carries a UHF windscreen tag or card; a long-range reader at each end of the deck reads it from several metres away and passes the ID to the weighbridge software, which fills in the vehicle, haulier and customer details without the operator typing them.
Nigerian cement and aggregate plants, quarries, flour mills, grain and fertiliser depots, ports and logistics yards with regular fleets use RFID to speed up weighing, cut queues and stop drivers swapping vehicle numbers or tickets.
We mount and align the readers, run cables, register your trucks and link the readers to supported weighbridge software, then train your staff.
