Weighbridge Digital Upgrade Kit, 30 t Load Cells + Indicator

Many Nigerian sites still run older Avery, mechanical lever or analogue weighbridges whose steel deck and foundation are sound but whose weighing system is worn, slow or hard to calibrate. Our digital upgrade kit replaces the weighing electronics so you keep the bridge and gain modern digital accuracy.

It is popular with flour mills, cement and aggregate depots, farms, ports and factories that want printed tickets, computer records and fewer disputes without the cost of a complete new weighbridge.

• Set of 30 t weighbridge load cells (digital or analogue, usually 6 to 8 cells)
• Mounting hardware and base plates to suit the existing structure

• Digital weighing indicator, with ticket printer and software options

Our engineers first inspect the existing bridge to confirm the deck, foundation and supports are fit for conversion. We then adapt the mounts, fit the load cells, wire and configure the indicator and calibrate the bridge with test weights. Lever-type bridges may need structural modification, which we include in the quote.
