Water & Admixture Weighing System for Batching Plants – 50–500 kg

Water and chemical admixtures have a big effect on concrete strength and workability, so they should be weighed, not guessed. This system uses a water weigh tank and a smaller admixture weigh tank, each on load cells, with fill pumps or valves and a discharge valve into the mixer, all run from a batching controller.

It is used by ready-mix suppliers, precast and block plants, road contractors and site batching plants in Nigeria, both on new plants and as an upgrade for older plants that still use flow meters, timers or buckets for water and admixture.
