Vertical Feed Mixer – 1 Tonne per Batch for Animal Feed

A vertical feed mixer blends ground maize, soya cake, wheat offal, fish meal, premixes and other ingredients into an evenly mixed feed. A central vertical screw lifts material from the bottom of the cone-shaped tank and drops it back over the top, circulating the batch until it is uniform.

It is used in Nigeria by poultry and fish farms that make their own feed, small and medium feed mills, and agro-cooperatives. Good mixing makes sure every bird or fish receives the same nutrients, which improves growth and reduces waste.
