Unmanned Weighbridge Automation Package (ANPR, RFID, Barriers)

An unmanned weighbridge package turns a standard truck scale into an automated weighing station. Vehicles are identified by number-plate recognition (ANPR) cameras or RFID cards, guided on and off by traffic lights and barriers, and weighed and recorded by software without an operator keying in every ticket.

It is used by cement and aggregate plants, quarries, ports, grain buyers, flour mills and logistics yards in Nigeria that run many trucks a day, want to reduce queues and night-shift staffing, and need to cut out ticket manipulation and weighing fraud.

• ANPR cameras at entry and exit, with photo capture on every weighing
• RFID card or tag readers for registered vehicles and drivers
• Automatic boom barriers and red/green traffic lights
• Positioning sensors to check the truck is fully on the deck
• Weighbridge software with first/second weighing, net weight, reports and data export
• Large outdoor display and optional driver kiosk with ticket printer

The package can be fitted to a new Kira weighbridge or added to an existing bridge in good condition. We survey the site, design the traffic flow, run cabling and ducting, install and configure the equipment and train your staff. Software can be linked to your ERP or accounting system on request.
