The single-ended shear beam load cell is the standard sensor under industrial floor scales and heavy platform scales. Each scale normally uses four cells, one at each corner, bolted to the frame at one end with an adjustable foot at the other.
Factories, warehouses, markets, agro-processors and scrap dealers across Nigeria rely on floor scales from 1 to 5 tonnes. When a scale starts drifting, reading wrongly in one corner or failing after flooding or overloading, replacing the damaged cell usually brings it back into service at a fraction of the cost of a new scale.
We can supply single cells, sets of four with feet, or a full repair including fitting, junction box adjustment and calibration with test weights. Tell us the existing cell model if you are replacing one, so the mounting holes match.
