The semi-automatic packing machine (often sold as an FZ-series weighing filler) weighs and doses a preset quantity of powder or granules into a bag, pouch or container. The operator holds or places the bag under the spout and presses the pedal or start button; the machine fills to the set weight and stops, ready for the next pack.
Nigerian small and medium producers use it for packing garri, semolina, flour, cassava and yam flour, custard, rice, beans, sugar, salt, spices, detergent, seeds and animal feed premixes into retail packs.
The machine is supplied ready to run on 220 V mains. It is often combined with a continuous band sealer or impulse sealer to make a compact weigh-fill-seal station. Kira Scales can deliver, set up and calibrate the machine for your product and show your staff how to clean and adjust it.
