QS-A 30 Tonne Double-Ended Shear Beam Weighbridge Load Cell

The QS-A 30 tonne double-ended shear beam load cell is the sensor most commonly fitted under modular steel weighbridge decks. It measures the load at each support point of the platform and sends a precise analogue signal to the weighing indicator through a junction box.

In Nigeria it is used by weighbridge owners at quarries, cement and flour mills, ports, farms, scrap yards and logistics depots who need to replace a damaged cell or equip a new 40 to 120 tonne weighbridge. Lightning strikes, flooding and overloading are the usual causes of failure, and a damaged cell will make the whole bridge read wrongly.
