Portable Pitless Weighbridge, 30–100 Tonnes, Relocatable

A portable (pitless) weighbridge is a modular steel truck scale built to sit on a level, prepared base without a pit or a full concrete foundation. The deck comes in bolted sections, so the whole bridge can be dismantled, loaded onto trucks and reinstalled at a new location.

It suits businesses whose work moves from site to site: road and construction contractors, quarries opening new faces, mining camps, agricultural buyers at seasonal collection points and temporary depots. It is also a sensible choice where land is leased and a permanent installation is not practical.

Each package includes the deck modules, load cells, junction box, cabling and indicator. Our team prepares the base specification, installs and calibrates the scale with test weights, and can return to relocate and recalibrate it when you move. After every move the bridge should be recalibrated before trade use.
