PLD800 Aggregate Batching Machine – 0.8 m³ Batch, 2–3 Bins

The PLD800 is an aggregate batching machine that stores sand and crushed stone in two or three bins, weighs each material automatically on load cells and delivers the measured batch to the mixer by belt conveyor or skip hoist. Each batch is up to about 0.8 m³.

It is used in Nigeria with JS500 or similar mixers to build small batching plants, and by contractors and block factories who want to replace wheelbarrow or head-pan measuring with accurate weighing. It is also a common upgrade for older plants with worn or inaccurate aggregate scales.
