Panel-Mount Batching Weighing Controller (1–8 Load Cells)

A batching weighing controller is a weighing indicator built to control a process, not just display a weight. Mounted in a control panel, it reads the load cells under a hopper, tank or bagging scale and switches feeders, valves or conveyors on and off at pre-set target weights.

In Nigeria these controllers are used in concrete batching plants, feed mills, fertiliser and flour bagging lines, paint and chemical plants and water treatment sites, often as a replacement for a failed controller or as part of a plant upgrade.
