Open-Mouth Bag Filling Machine – 50 kg Fertiliser & Feed Bagger

The open-mouth bag filling machine is a semi-automatic weighing and bagging scale for 25 kg to 50 kg sacks. The operator hangs an empty bag on the pneumatic clamp; the machine feeds product from the hopper, weighs it on load cells with coarse and fine feeding, and releases the full bag ready for sewing.

It is designed for Nigerian fertiliser blending plants, feed mills, grain and rice aggregators, maize and soybean traders, salt and sugar packers, and agro-processing clusters that need consistent 50 kg bags without hand scooping.

A typical set includes the feed hopper and gate, weigh hopper with load cells, controller, bag clamp and frame. It can be combined with a bag conveyor and sewing head for a full line. Kira Scales calibrates the weighing system with test weights at handover and can carry out routine recalibration so your bag weights stay right.
