Liquid Batching Tank Weighing System – 500 L to 5,000 L

A liquid batching tank system weighs a mixing or dosing tank on load cells and uses a batch controller to add each ingredient by weight. The controller opens a valve or starts a pump, watches the weight rise, then stops at the set point, giving repeatable recipes without manual dipping or flow meters.

In Nigeria it is used by paint, detergent, liquid soap, cosmetics, juice and beverage, edible oil, agro-chemical and water treatment plants, and by concrete plants dosing water and admixtures. Accurate batching cuts waste of costly raw materials and keeps product quality consistent from batch to batch.
