Product Description

The HZS35 and HZS50 are stationary concrete batching plants rated at about 35 and 50 cubic metres per hour. They automatically weigh aggregates, cement, water and admixture, mix them in a twin-shaft forced mixer and discharge ready concrete into truck mixers or pumps.

They are the usual choice for commercial ready-mix suppliers, road and bridge contractors, estate developers, precast yards and large building projects across Nigeria that need steady, high-volume concrete of consistent strength.

JS750 (HZS35) or JS1000 (HZS50) twin-shaft forced mixer
PLD1200 / PLD1600 aggregate batcher with three or four bins
