HZS25 Concrete Batching Plant – 25 m³/h Stationary Plant

The HZS25 is a compact stationary concrete batching plant rated at about 25 cubic metres per hour. It weighs aggregates, cement, water and admixture automatically, mixes them in a forced-action mixer and discharges ready concrete into trucks, dumpers or pump hoppers.

It suits small ready-mix suppliers, road and bridge contractors, estate developers, precast and block factories, and project sites across Nigeria that need consistent concrete without the cost of a large commercial plant.

• JS500 twin-shaft forced mixer (typical configuration)
• PLD800 aggregate batcher with two or three bins
• Skip hoist or belt feeding to the mixer
• Load-cell weighing for aggregate, cement, water and admixture
• Computer or PLC control room with batch reports
• Cement silo (commonly 50 tonnes) and screw conveyor

Kira Scales can advise on layout and foundations, supply and calibrate the weighing system, and coordinate installation and commissioning. Calibration of every weigh hopper with certified test weights is included at handover, and we can provide routine recalibration afterwards.
