Grain & Seed Cleaner Machine – Approx. 1 t/h, Sieve and Air Aspiration

A grain and seed cleaner removes dust, chaff, straw, stones, light seeds and broken grain before produce is bagged, stored, milled or sold. Grain falls onto vibrating sieves that separate oversize and undersize material, while a fan draws off light impurities, leaving a clean, uniform product.

In Nigeria these machines are used by maize, rice, soybean, sorghum, beans and sesame aggregators, seed companies, feed mills, warehouse operators and export processors. Clean grain fetches better prices, weighs true on the scale and stores longer with fewer losses to mould and insects.
