Digital Grain & Maize Moisture Meter (Probe Type, 5–35%)

A grain moisture meter tells you how much water is in a sample of grain in a few seconds. This handheld digital model has a long stainless steel probe that you push into a bag or heap, and a display that reads moisture content as a percentage for the grain type you select.

In Nigeria it is used by maize and grain farmers, aggregators and commodity buyers, feed mills, poultry farms, rice mills, warehouses and export inspectors. Buying, drying and storing grain at the right moisture level helps prevent mould, aflatoxin, weevil damage and weight disputes.
