The DS-9C type bag sewing head is a heavy-duty, fixed-mount bag closer built for continuous work. Unlike handheld bag closers, it is bolted to a pedestal or conveyor column and sews filled sacks as they pass, giving a strong, even chain stitch on bag after bag throughout the shift.
In Nigeria it is used by flour and rice mills, feed mills, fertiliser blenders, sugar and salt packers, cement and chemical plants, and grain aggregators closing 25 kg and 50 kg woven polypropylene, paper and jute bags.
The sewing head can be supplied on its own to replace a worn head on an existing line, or together with a pedestal stand, start switch and spare needles and loopers. Kira Scales can also pair it with a bag conveyor and a bagging scale for a complete weigh-fill-sew line, and show your operators how to thread, set stitch length and maintain the head.
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Tell us your bag type, bag size and hourly output, and request a quote.
