The FR-900 type continuous band sealer seals plastic, laminated and aluminium foil bags as they move along a small conveyor. The bag mouth is carried between heated bands and cooling blocks, then pressed by an embossing wheel, giving a neat, airtight seal without stopping for each pack.
In Nigeria it is a favourite of small and medium food producers packing chin chin, plantain chips, garri, rice, spices, flour, sugar, pure water nylon, detergents and snacks, as well as pharmacies, cosmetics makers and packaging shops.
The machine comes ready to run on 220 V mains, with the conveyor, heating and cooling sections and a set of PTFE (Teflon) bands. Spare Teflon bands, heating elements and coding characters are available, and we can show your operators how to set temperature and speed for each film type.
