Continuous Band Sealer with Solid-Ink Date Coding Printer – up to 5 kg

This automatic continuous band sealer seals nylon, laminated and foil pouches on a moving conveyor and, in the same pass, prints the production date, expiry date or batch number with a solid-ink roller coder. It removes the separate hand-stamping step and gives every pack a clean, readable code.

It suits Nigerian food and consumer-goods producers who must show manufacturing and expiry dates on packs: snack and chin chin makers, spice and seasoning packers, flour, garri and rice packers, cosmetics and detergent producers, and pharmacies.

The machine is supplied with heating and cooling blocks, PTFE (Teflon) bands, a set of type characters and solid-ink rolls. Spare bands, heating elements, ink rolls and characters can be supplied, and we show operators how to set heat, speed and change codes for each product.
