Bag Closing Conveyor with Column Sewing Head – up to 50 kg Bags

A bag closing conveyor carries filled sacks upright along a belt while a column-mounted industrial sewing head stitches the bag mouth closed. It removes the need for operators to lift a handheld closer for every bag and keeps a packing line moving at a steady pace.

In Nigeria it is used in rice mills, feed mills, flour mills, fertiliser and chemical plants, and by grain and seed packers who close hundreds of 25 kg to 50 kg sacks per shift. It is often paired with an automatic bagging scale.
