Automatic Bagging / Filling Scale – 25 kg to 50 kg Bags

An automatic bagging scale (also called a packing scale or bag filling machine) weighs and discharges a set quantity of product into each open-mouth bag. The operator places the bag on the clamp, the machine fills to the target weight using a fast-then-slow feed and releases the bag, ready for sewing or sealing.

It is used by rice mills, grain aggregators, feed mills, fertiliser blenders, flour and semolina mills, sugar and salt packers across Nigeria who need consistent bag weights and higher output than hand scooping on a platform scale.
