The single-ended shear beam is the workhorse load cell of industrial weighing. The 3 tonne and 5 tonne versions are the sizes most often used under heavy-duty floor scales, pallet scales and small tanks or mixers where several cells share the load.
Factories, warehouses, feed mills, paint and chemical plants and scale repairers across Nigeria use these cells to build new scales or to replace a damaged cell on an existing platform. A set of four 5 t cells is a common choice for a 5 t to 10 t floor scale or a mixing tank.
We supply single replacement cells or matched sets, with junction boxes, mounting feet and indicators if required. Our technicians can fit the cells, balance the corners and calibrate the scale or tank with test weights.
