30 Tonne Digital Load Cell for Weighbridges

A digital load cell converts its own reading into a digital signal inside the cell, instead of sending a weak analogue signal to the indicator. Each cell has its own address, so the indicator can read every corner of the weighbridge separately.

Weighbridge operators in Nigeria choose digital cells when they want to reduce downtime and disputes. If one cell is damaged by lightning, water or overloading, the indicator can show exactly which cell is at fault, and corner adjustment can be done electronically rather than by trimming a junction box.

Digital cells must be paired with a compatible digital indicator and junction box, normally from the same manufacturer. We can supply replacement cells for an existing digital weighbridge or a full digital set with indicator, then install and calibrate it with test weights.
