150 Tonne Extra-Heavy Weighbridge – 24 m Deck for Quarries & Ports

The 150 tonne extra-heavy weighbridge is our highest-capacity standard truck scale, with a 24 m x 3 m reinforced steel deck designed for constant traffic from fully loaded dump trucks, container trailers and heavy haulage vehicles. The extra structural margin helps the bridge withstand the impact and wear of the toughest sites.

It is built for quarries and granite crushing plants, mining sites, seaports and inland container depots, cement and steel works, and large construction and haulage operators in Nigeria where vehicles are heavy, dusty and often overloaded.

Kira Scales handles site survey, foundation design and civil works, delivery of deck sections by low-loader, crane installation, calibration with test weights and operator training. For quarry and port sites we advise on drainage, dust control and load cell protection to keep the bridge accurate.
