100 Tonne Silo Weighing Kit – 4 Load Cells, Mounts & Indicator

This 100 tonne silo weighing kit contains the main hardware needed to turn a four-legged silo, bin or tank into a scale. Four compression load cells sit in self-aligning mounts under the legs, their signals are combined in a junction box, and a digital indicator shows the weight of material inside.

It suits cement, flour, feed, maize, rice, sugar and plastic pellet silos at block factories, batching plants, mills and warehouses in Nigeria. Knowing the true silo weight helps with stock-taking, reordering, checking deliveries from bulk tankers and spotting losses.

The kit is for customers whose own engineers will install it, or Kira Scales can fit it for you, including jacking the silo, setting the mounts, cabling, calibration and training.
