A weigh module is a load cell supplied ready-mounted in a steel assembly with top and base plates, so it can be bolted or welded straight under the legs of a tank, silo or hopper. The mount lets the vessel expand and move slightly while keeping the load cell protected and accurate.
In Nigeria, weigh modules are used by feed mills, flour and food factories, breweries, paint and chemical plants, water treatment sites and batching plants to know exactly how much material is in a vessel or how much has been dosed out.
We help you size the modules for the full vessel weight, supply the junction box, cabling and indicator, and install and calibrate the system. Outputs to PLCs or batching controllers can be added on request.
